​Lightbody Music Studio proudly offers a variety of lesson formats, from private preschool lessons to group and partner lessons for older beginners and advanced students. Contact the studio to see what format works best for you!

Lesson Formats:

• Mommy & Me Class – 6 months-4 years - $75 total for 8 sessions

  • 45 minute movement and music class – introduces little ones to sounds and rhythms using movement, follows a theme, lets little ones explore the keyboards in a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Parents or a caregiver must attend with the child. *Session lasts 8 weeks - October 1 - November 19

• Preschool Class – 4-5 years old (two options – based on student evaluation) - $90/month

  • 30 minute individual lesson or 45 minute group class – introduces young students to piano skills, keyboard awareness, and rhythmic understanding. Parents are asked to sit in on the lessons so they can understand and reinforce the concepts at home.

• Piano Safari Class (Beginners) - $105/month

  • 45 minute group class for beginners. Introduces students to piano skills, music reading concepts, and rhythmic understanding.

• Interactive Partner Lessons (multi-level group class) - $120/month

  • 60 minute lesson with Music Tech Time (MTT) = Piano lesson plus music technology (iPad, keyboard, etc.). Students alternate stations for music technology.

• Individual Lessons (late intermediate/early advanced) - $138/month

  • 60 minute lesson with MTT = 45 min lesson + 15 min MTT.

  • 60 minute lesson (no MTT), allows more lesson time to cover advancing repertoire.
