Love Music
Music is my love. I want my students to love music as much as I do. The very first lesson is designed to plant that love of music inside and then watch it blossom and grow throughout their music studies.
Teach In Harmony
Learning music is not a solo effort. At Lightbody Music, I believe that the combined harmony of teacher, parent and student is the perfect blend to success. I work to communicate regularly with parents through newsletters, progress reports, and other reminders.
The Future Sounds Good
I firmly believe that now is an exciting time to take music lessons. There is music technology available today that is just expanding the learning possibilities. I'm excited to offer Music Tech Time which incorporates music technology into the lessons.
Meet the Teacher
Thank you for visiting my studio! I am a piano teacher with over 30 years playing experience and over 20 years teaching experience, and I absolutely LOVE teaching my students!!
I received my music degree from Pensacola Christian College. After college, I taught in the Tampa Bay area for several years before moving to Oklahoma.
